Sewage Treatment Technology
Using Non-Power Inner-Out Return
Technical Concept
n-CNR(Non-Power Cilium Nutrient Removal) Process is an Advanced Sewage Treatment
Technology wherein its biological reaction tank is divided into anaerobic tank,
anoxic tank and aerobic tank, and wherein organic substance, nitrogen and phosphorus
are removed by the phosphorus release process in the anaerobic tank by anaerobic
microorganisms, by the denitrification process in the anoxic tank, and by the
nitrification and phosphorous up-taking process due to cilium biofilm in the
aerobic tank. Further, n-CNR process can cut down the construction cost and
the power cost by using a non-power inner-outer return system.
Characteristics
- Curtailment of construction cost and power cost
Pump for the inner or outer return is not needed since a fluid driver is used.
- Reduction of site area needed
- Good treatment efficiency in winter
- Reduction of sludge
Application
- Sewage treatment Facilities
- Vilage Sewage treatment Facilities
- Wastewater treatment Facilities
